CILSA (CENTRO INTERMODAL DE LOGÍSTICA, S.A., S.M.E.), is a state trading company managed by the Board of Directors, and chaired by the President of the APB (Autoritat Portuària de Barcelona).

All the members of the Board of Directors have extensive experience in the sector. Its Executive Committee, together with the decision-making structure of CILSA, reports to the Council the appropriate suggestions.

CILSA is part of the public sector and its shareholders are made up of the Barcelona Port Authority – APB (51.5%) and Merlin Properties (48.5%). It manages the lands owned by the APB, located in the municipalities of Barcelona (Phase 1) and in El Prat de Llobregat (Phase 2).
