The ZAL Port offices offer high quality finishes and complete systems. The finishes include: floor with non-slip, anti-allergy carpet in grey, Sunscreen rollers in curtain boxes and lighting with 60X60 cm flourescent panels of 1x55W, among others. 

The spaces have heating and air conditioning, pre-installation of workstations with two electrical power outlets for several uses, fire detectors connected to an electronic alarm center, loudspeakers in offices (60×60 cm and 10w) with priority attenuator,  among other features. Speaking of security, it offers security doors, emergency lighting, pressurised emergency stairs with luminescent bands and a general security control system in building ready for optional connection to interior installation. It also has a telecommunications infrastructure and direct access to various operators.
