Merlin Properties will discuss “the value of logistics” in the ZAL Fòrum

The co-owner of Cilsa will participate in the ZAL Fòrum, a proposal created to bring positions among the companies in the area of the Barcelona’s port.

The President and CEO of Merlin Properties, Ismael Clemente, will lead and preside over the Symposium that CILSA, company that manages the area of logistics activities in the Barcelona’s port, organizes on Tuesday, April 19, under the motto “The value of logistics” in a real estate professional industry.

The ZAL Fòrum, a proposal created by Cilsa in order to offer a set of conferences of interest to businesses near the Barcelona’s port, will count this time with an analysis of the real estate-logistic sector by the company which entered the last month of December on the Director’s Board of the ZAL’s manager.

In October 2015, Merlin Properties acquired Saba Cilsa 32% for an amount of EUR 50 million, which now owns along with the Barcelona’s port, which owns 63% and Sepes, which has 5%.
